All Touchline V spectator tickets are sold via Paystack once tickets go live. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.
By completing a ticket purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Ticket Terms and Conditions.
Paystack processing fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances, except where Touchline V is cancelled by the organiser (see clause 4).
Ticket transfers are permitted. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. The buyer is responsible for arranging the transfer with the recipient.
53 Group Nigeria is not responsible for transfers or any disputes arising from them. We will not mediate transfer disputes between ticket holders.
If Touchline V is cancelled by 53 Collective, a full refund (excluding Paystack processing fees) will be issued to all ticket holders within 14 days of the cancellation announcement.
If Touchline V is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date. No refund is offered for postponement.
53 Collective reserves the right to change the date, venue, or format of the tournament due to circumstances outside its reasonable control (including but not limited to government order, public health emergency, weather, or venue unavailability).
A valid ticket (digital or printed) is required for entry. Tickets are issued automatically by Paystack on successful purchase.
53 Collective reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove anyone from the venue who:
Anyone removed from the venue under this clause is not entitled to a refund.
Spectator tickets are for spectators only. Players who wish to participate in Touchline V must enter as part of a registered team. Team registration is handled by the team captain, who pays a deposit on behalf of the squad. See the Touchline V page.
Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. 53 Group Nigeria is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage at the event except where caused by our negligence.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
By attending Touchline, you consent to being photographed and filmed for Touchline promotional, editorial, and social media use. If you do not wish to be filmed, please notify a steward on arrival.
These Ticket Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
